1. Application

These terms govern your use of all features of the Service. By using the Service, you are deemed to have agreed to these terms.

2. What the Service is

The Service is an entertainment product that generates and displays RPG-style monster cards from your public GitHub activity. Scores, titles, attributes and the like are entertainment flavor — they do not evaluate or guarantee any user's skill, character, or achievements.

3. Account and authentication

The following conditions apply to your use of the Service:

• Authentication via a GitHub account is required to use the Service.
• You agree to comply with GitHub's terms of service.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your authentication credentials.

4. About tipping

• Tipping on the Service is a voluntary contribution (donation) to the developer. It is not made in exchange for any goods, services, or other consideration.
• Displaying a name or message on the supporter wall is a voluntary token of thanks, not consideration. We do not guarantee listing, display order, or continued display.
• Payments are processed through Stripe, Inc. The Service does not receive your card number or other payment credentials.
• Because a tip is not a purchase of goods or services, refunds are not provided as a rule. Clear errors such as misdirected or duplicate payments will be handled individually via the contact in Section 11.

5. Prohibited conduct

You must not:

• violate any law or public order and morals;
• engage in unauthorized access, impersonation, or infringement of others' rights;
• make payments by fraudulent means or abuse the payment system;
• place excessive load on the Service or abuse it via bots, scripts, or other automation;
• engage in any other conduct the operator deems inappropriate.

6. Publishing and hiding content

• You control the visibility of your summoned cards and public profile.
• The operator may hide content without prior notice where it judges there is a risk of legal violation, rights infringement, or abuse.

7. AI-generated content

Some card copy and similar text is produced by generative AI. Its accuracy, appropriateness, and usefulness are not guaranteed; it is provided as entertainment flavor.

8. Disclaimer

The Service is provided as-is, without warranty of fitness for a particular purpose, completeness, or continuity. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for interruption, termination, or malfunction of the Service, loss of data, or matters arising from external services (GitHub, Stripe, etc.). This does not apply in cases of the operator's willful misconduct or gross negligence.

9. Changes, suspension, and termination of the Service

The operator may change the contents of the Service, or suspend or terminate it, without prior notice to users.

10. Changes to these terms

The operator may revise these terms. Material changes will be announced on the Service. Continued use after a change constitutes agreement to the revised terms.

11. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Japan. For inquiries about the Service, please use the contact form.
